For the fifth consecutive year, the CRF Institute awards the "Top Employers" certification to Datalogic for its excellence in human resource management

Datalogic has achieved a high rating in all five areas of evaluation: "Primary Benefits", "Secondary Benefits and Working Conditions", "Training and Development", "Career Development" and "Company Culture", receiving the highest score in "Secondary Benefits and Working Conditions".

Bologna, 25th February 2013 - Datalogic, world leader in automatic identification and one of the main providers of global solutions, as well as producer of bar code readers, mobile computers for data collection, and vision systems, has been awarded the "Top Employers" certification for the fifth consecutive year.

This recognition is given following research carried out by the CRF Institute, the international organisation that, since 1991, has analysed and certified over 2,500 companies throughout the world, based on the use of the "Top Employers HR Best Practices Survey™". This is a scientific and objective research tool that examines a wide spectrum of policies and dynamics in the field of human resources.

Datalogic has achieved a high rating in all five areas of evaluation: "Primary Benefits", "Secondary Benefits and Working Conditions", "Training and Development", "Career Development" and "Company Culture", receiving the highest score in "Secondary Benefits and Working Conditions". This criterion, in addition to benefits, includes flexibility, knowledge management and work life balance.

The official awards ceremony will be held tomorrow, February 26th, at the "Leonardo da Vinci" Museum of Science and Technology in Milan.

Datalogic has once again been included among the Italian companies to receive this prestigious certification, demonstrating its innovative nature, its international DNA and its capacity to exceed the growth of its reference markets.
