New Family of Line Scan Cameras for Machine Vision Applications from Teledyne DALSA

Teledyne DALSA, a Teledyne Technologies company and global leader in machine vision, today introduced a new family of low-cost, high-value line scan cameras - the Linea™ series. The feature-rich Linea cameras address the mainstream market for machine vision applications by delivering high speed and flexibility in an affordable package.

With advanced Teledyne DALSA CMOS line scan sensor technology in a compact form factor, customers gain feature-rich technology at an unprecedented price point. Available in 2K and 4K resolution, the first of the Linea monochrome cameras deliver fast line rates of 80 kHz and high sensitivity. List price for the 2k and 4k monochrome models is $1500 and $1800 respectively.
