Intelligrated appoints new senior sales engineer for southern region
Material handling automation and robotics expert responsible for supporting existing accounts, developing new business in key growth region
(ATLANTA: Feb. 12, 2015 Intelligrated® (www.intelligrated.com), a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, announces the appointment of Parks Stewart as senior sales engineer for its southern regional sales and operations, based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
In his role, Stewart manages existing accounts, looking for ways to improve efficiency while driving growth efforts in the region by identifying new business opportunities. Stewart is the primary point-of-contact for customers' initial system concept and design, and serves as liaison between client staff and Intelligrated's lifecycle support services.
Stewart brings 10 years of sales experience developing automated material handling solutions built around customers' unique business and market requirements. Stewart partners with companies to identify and leverage best-fit solutions across Intelligrated's complete portfolio of automated equipment, order picking technologies and software to provide integrated solutions that yield cost savings and improved productivity. He reports to Tracy Perdue, sales manager, southern regional sales and operations.

Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech and brings advanced proficiency in robotic case packing, palletizing and depalletizing. Prior to joining Intelligrated, he served as general manager for CAMotion, Inc., a provider of motion control and automation equipment based in Georgia.
Intelligrated's southern regional sales and operations provides customer relations, system design, engineering and project management support to companies located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
