PKD International is pleased to announce the release of the RX1 Roll Fed Labeler Registration System, an innovative technology designed by PKDÂ's engineering department. The RX1 is the easiest label registration system to install and maintain in todays marketplace.
RX1 OVERVIEW
The RX1 was designed in an innovative way to enhance PKDs existing ONX 120/150 Roll-fed labelers and be easily integrated in other existing Roll-fed labelers in the marketplace. This is an efficient and economical way to extend the life of existing Roll-fed labelers in operation.
RX1 is designed to update new and existing PKD labeling machinery using old systems log. Once the labeler is updated, the system will make the electronic operation of the type of machine more accurate and easier for the operator to manage.
PKDs RX1 labeling registration system is efficient and sustainable, made with the highest quality and reliability. The advanced power technology labeler registration system is assisted by servomotors which allow our customers to have higher productivity and maximize the efficiency of labeling.
PKD RX1 has been proven reliable in different label applications using the AB CompactLogix control panel with touch screen (HMI). This PLC controls the operating logic of the labeling machine.
