Applied Robotics, Inc. (ARI) officially launched the redesign of its website, to provide visitors, customers and partner organizations with even more relevant and easy-to-find information.
ARIs website is designed to assist in educating people about what the company does as well as highlighting the companys products and solutions.
According to Kevin Drummond, ARI Director, Sales & Marketing, the new website and brand refresh are more closely aligned with the companys strategic vision for growth and expansion over the next decade, and beyond.
"We have stayed in business for over 30 years by listening to our customers and building one-on-one relationships," Drummond commented. "We are an engineering-based company so we recognize the importance of constantly innovating and adapting to new technology and ways of doing business. We recognize that millions of customers have seen or used our products over the years, but just weren't too aware of the company behind them -- and that is going to change!"
The new ARI website offers a clean, modern design, easy-to-navigate functionality, and a content-rich site experience. Pages offer photos; videos, tech specs, as well as a more in depth history and case study sections providing a glimpse into ARI not previously available. The new website provides quick and intuitive access to ARIs versatile product line, as well as extensive resources for customers with plans to add an engineering blog and a downloadable catalogue later this year. Additional sections and more content are planned for Phase II to ensure the new website continues to provide a fresh, versatile site experience.
"This world-class website does not in any way replace the direct, responsive customer service that we have been known for throughout the industry for over three decades," Drummond said. "But our goal in launching this new website is to provide one more access point and online resource for companies and individuals world-wide to learn more about our products and solutions and how we can help them in their every-day work experience."
ARI has a vast network of distributors in the US and around the world, representing 6 of the 7 continents. These channels will continue to handle territories with sales and tech support and provide quality custom solutions in their respective regions, according to Serfilippi. The Distribution Partners page or Global Partners Page of the new website offers a detailed world map with distributor territories and direct contact information.
The new ARI website will also provide social media integration and direct links to ARIs Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube pages, where company and product updates will appear on a regular basis. Drummond stated, "We are very proud of the new website - and we hope it provides a useful, informative portal for our customers to get to know ARI and our products just a little better!"
