Multi-Contact, a leading international manufacturer of electrical contacts and connection systems, has changed the name of its organization to Stäubli Electrical Connectors, Inc.

WINDSOR, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Multi-Contact, a leading international manufacturer of electrical contacts and connection systems, has changed the name of its organization to Stäubli Electrical Connectors, Inc., as of January 1. The name change reflects the organizations connection with the Stäubli Group, a company recognized for sustainable reliability, long-term partnership, technological innovation and excellent sales and service expertise.


Multi-Contact was founded in Basel, Switzerland, in 1962. The parent company, Stäubli, provides innovative mechatronics solutions in the fields of electrical and fluid connectors, robotics and textile. Multi-Contact USA was established in 1982 and has been a part of the Stäubli Group since 2002.
