TURCK Acquires Sales Partner in Canada

TURCK invests in Chartwell Automation, Inc. to form TURCK Chartwell Canada, Inc.

PLYMOUTH, MINN. (Oct. 21, 2014) - TURCK has acquired a 50 percent interest in its long-term Canadian sales partner, Chartwell Automation, Inc. The new company name is now TURCK Chartwell Canada, Inc. Furthermore, on Oct. 1, 2017, TURCK will acquire the remaining shares and thus be 100 percent owner of the new subsidiary, TURCK Canada, Inc.


Mark and Steve Boehmer, the two founders of Chartwell, have signed long-term management contracts. They will continue to lead the company as president and vice president of sales and marketing. This year, TURCK Chartwell Canada projects sales of 14 million CDN $s.
