India, July 13, 2023: Addverb, a leading global robotics and automation company, headquartered in Noida, commissioned its second greenfield robot manufacturing factory, spread over 15 acres in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The factory was recently inaugurated by the honourable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, and is the second manufacturing unit set up by Addverb in Uttar Pradesh in a span of three years. Addverb also recently opened a Software Development Centre in Noida, which is delivering value-added software for warehouse robotics and material handling solutions to global clients.

The vision of the Honourable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the result-oriented and industry-focused approach of the Uttar Pradesh administration boosted Addverb's confidence to invest and collaborate deeply with the U.P. government for their second robot manufacturing facility. Addverb was able to operationalise Bot-Verse, the new greenfield manufacturing facility, in less than a year from the land allotment in the Ground Breaking Ceremony 3.0, with the laser-sharp focus and relentless support of the U.P. administration. Since its inception, Addverb has been deeply committed to the growth of Uttar Pradesh and had operationalised its first robot manufacturing facility, Bot-Valley, in March 2021, less than 18 months from the land allotment, despite the COVID pandemic and nationwide lockdowns.

Spread over 6,00,000 sq. ft., Bot-Verse has a manufacturing capacity to deliver 100,000 robots annually of different specifications and categories, namely Autonomous Mobile Robot (Dynamo), Robotic Sorter (Zippy), Multi-Carton Picking Robot (Veloce), Carton Shuttle (Quadron), Pallet Shuttle (Cruiser), Vertical Sortation Robot (SortIE), Multi-Level Shuttle (Medius), Collaborative Robots, and Mother-Child ASRS (Multi-Pro) system. Bot-Verse will also be a landmark in sustainable manufacturing with a green cover of 20,000 sq. m, a micro forest cover of 900 sq. m, that will have more than 100 native species, along with a bio-retention pond with a capacity to harvest 800 kL of rainwater, which will provide a home to many native species of flora and fauna. The state-of-the-art facility, where robots will make robots, will provide more than 3,000 highly skilled jobs to the youth of the nation. Addverb has generated revenue of more than 1200 Crores INR since its inception in 2016 and aims to become a billion-dollar revenue company by 2027, contributing to the goal of making U.P. a 1 trillion economy. Addverb will soon commission phase 2 and contribute further to the vision.

Present on the occasion, Mr. Jalaj Dani, Chairman, Addverb, said, "The establishment of this plant in India will contribute to enhancing the country's robotics ecosystem, fostering innovation, and positioning India as a prominent player in the global robotics industry, driving technological advancements and economic growth. It also aligns with the Uttar Pradesh government's vision of industrialisation-led growth."

"This brand-new facility will establish Addverb as a global robot manufacturing giant and will also help develop a robotics ecosystem in India by delivering cutting-edge software and robust hardware systems to form a mix of innovative fixed and flexible automation solutions," addressed Sangeet Kumar, CEO - Addverb. He added, "Bot-Verse is India's one-of-a-kind mobile robot manufacturing facility, which will enable us to 'Make in India, and Make for the World' by fulfilling the global demands of robots for our clients and help us expand our presence in Australia, Singapore, Dubai, the US, and Europe."
