Zimmer Group to Unveil AMR at Automate Show

Show dates are May 12 to May 15 at Huntington Place. Zimmer Group will debut MILES, their autonomous mobile robot, for the first time in the U.S., along with introducing redesigned, lightweight tool changers, a complete new linear axis portfolio as well as vacuum gripping technology.

The various models offer 500 to 2000 kg load capacity and offer intelligent safety sensors, maneuverability even in confined spaces and long battery life.

Zimmer Group will showcase Zimo, their flexible robot cell, which is compatible with a majority of cobots on the market. The mobile robot workstation consists of a cobot, end effector and mobile frame. It enables free and mobile positioning at various locations without the need for complex integration into existing systems. The company will also showcase a broad range of applications focusing on automotive, EV, pharmaceutical automation and palletizing solutions.
