Patti Engineering Achieves Control System Integrator Association's Certification for the Fifth Consecutive Time
CSIA's landmark Certification program, introduced in 2001, provides manufacturers an important management tool for use in evaluating and selecting control and information system integrators.
Auburn Hills, MI December 10, 2015 -- Patti Engineering, Inc., a leader in control systems integration, today announced it has successfully renewed its Control Systems Integrators Association (CSIA) Certification. This is the fifth consecutive time Patti Engineering has passed the CSIA audit.
The Control System Integrators Association is a global organization dedicated to helping its control system integration member companies implement best practices in order to provide a healthy, low-risk channel for the application of automation technology to their clients. Known as the gold seal of a professionally managed control system integration business, the "Certified Member" distinction indicates a company has met stringent performance standards. An intensive audit process is conducted by an independent third-party consulting firm measuring criteria in general management, financial management, project management, quality management, technical management, human resources, and business development.
"We congratulate Patti Engineering on reaching this important milestone. Obtaining the CSIA Certification a fifth consecutive time is a testament to the companys serious commitment to continuous improvement. After following CSIA Best Practices for all these years, it is obvious that Patti Engineering has incorporated the programs principles into the culture of their highly regarded company," commented Jose M. Rivera, CSIA CEO. "By supporting the CSIA Certification program Patti Engineering is not only helping their company, they are also elevating the playing field for the entire control systems integration community."
CSIA Certified control system integrators are financially healthy companies capable of completing projects in a professional and technically sound manner. The comprehensive CSIA Certification ultimately provides benefits to end-users of automation technology by ensuring a high level of quality, performance and long-term support.
"Patti Engineering has been a member of CSIA since 1996. We proudly achieved the distinction of being a CSIA Certified Member in 2001 and have passed every re-certification audit since. The CSIA has raised the professionalism bar in our industry and we are honored to be a part of that ongoing effort," said Sam Hoff, CEO of Patti Engineering.
Of the 300 guidelines in the CSIA Best Practices & Benchmarks manual, a company must pass 79 audit criteria to become CSIA Certified. To maintain certification, companies must successfully pass an audit every three years.
