New 38BLF07 – Delta Line's Smallest Frameless BLDC Motor

Delta Line has already significant experience in designing motion solutions driven by Frameless BLDC motors and is now expanding its portfolio with the addition of the smallest member of the family the new 38BLF07 with only 38mm outer diameter. This model will complement our range which now includes sizes 38, 50, 70, 85 and 115mm, offering a wide array of options to cover various application needs.
The 38BLF07 motor has a length of just 14mm with a rated torque of 0.1Nm at rated speed of 8000 rpm and can produce a peak torque of 0.3Nm. With only 57g of weight, this motor has been designed to minimize inertia, making it an ideal solution for dynamic movements with high acceleration and deceleration rates.

The 38BLF07 has been developed to meet the space and performance requirements of handheld power tools, precision medical devices and space-constrained robotics, where high torque, efficiency, and compact size are extremely important.
